Granite color: Redmulticolor

Edging: Full Bullnose

Location: Parker, CO

Customer: A, Olson

Here we have 3cm Redmulticolor, granite. For this kitchen one-half a slab of granite was needed. This was designed to fit a drop in sink, and cooktop.  This job can be installed in two hours, due to the cut out for the sink and cooktop must be done at the site so that the granite does not break while being transported. Fabrication of the granite, including the edging of your choice, can be done in as little as one day.

In this older kitchen--once replaced with granite--it makes the room feel brand new! The customer decided to go with tile as a backsplash which reflects beautifully on the granite.

Did you know?

Granite is a common and widely occurring type of intrusive, felsic, igneous rock. Granite has a medium to coarse texture, occasionally with some individual crystals larger than the groundmass forming a rock known as porphyry. Granites can be pink to dark gray or even black, depending on their chemistry and mineralogy. Outcrops of granite tend to form tors, and rounded massifs. Granites sometimes occur in circular depressions surrounded by a range of hills, formed by the metamorphic aureole or hornfels.
